Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to participate in Herning Games on the specified dates. Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred.

2. Payment
All prices are in DKK and do not include potential fees from payment providers. Payment is processed via Stripe Checkout. Your ticket is only confirmed once payment is completed and recorded in our system.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
Tickets are refundable only if the event is canceled by the organizer. Participant cancellations or changes do not entitle a refund.

4. Liability
Participants attend at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for injuries, loss, or illness incurred during participation. Participants are advised to have valid insurance coverage.

5. Rules & Safety
Participants must follow event rules and instructions from organizers and officials. Rule violations may result in disqualification without refund.

6. Photos & Videos
By participating, you grant the organizer permission to use photos and videos taken during the event for marketing and social media purposes.

7. Personal Data (GDPR)
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the storage of your personal information (name, email, box) in accordance with GDPR. Data will only be used for ticket administration and communication regarding the event.

8. Force Majeure
The organizer reserves the right to change dates, format, or cancel the event due to force majeure, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms and any updates posted on the Herning Games website.
